Where we’re going to brainstorm, discuss and share mock-ups to finalize the design of the application screens; Ultimately leading us to lock on the detailed statement of work along timelines with respect to the project delivery

Project Documentation
A level of efforts document will be generated to calculate all risks and costs.

User Interfaces & Experiences
Where we’re are going to draw the application screens blueprints and eventually a graphical interface based on the scope of work agreed during the discovery sessions

Design Prototype aka Alpha Release
Where we’re going to share the workable prototype of the approved application design. This is where you can see and interact with a UI enriched prototype model to understand as how the final end product will look, behave and perform

Functional aka Beta Release
Where we’re going to share with you the functional build of the application or web. This is where you can see and interact with the complete feature enriched functional application. The next step is to now go on towards the stage of rigorous testing

User Acceptance Testing aka UAT
Where we’re going to step into a stage that will help users to run the application in a real environment and evaluate the performance. This gets us to the finalization of the application live integrations and final touch-ups before launching on the stores.
